Cheyenne Group Recruits Mike Discepolo

Mike (Michaelanne) Discepolo has joined executive recruiter the Cheyenne Group as partner.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike during my years at Primedia. Mike was not your typical HR person. More a business confidante than an administrative officer, she was actively involved in all facets of the business and was a trusted advisor to senior management there.

Mike had the distinction of working with all four Primedia CEOs. She  joined Primedia at its founding (as K-III Communications), brought on board by the original management team of Bill Reilly, Beverly Chell and Charlie McCurdy, whom she had worked with at Macmillan. She later worked with Tom Rogers and Kelly Conlin, as well as with Bob Metz, who currently leads the downsized Company.

Cheyenne has long been a preferred recruiter in the content space. Pat Mastandrea and the rest of the Cheyenne team have strong experience in the industry and are consummate professionals. If you're looking to add senior management to your team, they should certainly be on your short list.
